I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge, nice, and very clean, with lovely decorations that made our anniversary special. The service was excellent, especially the lady at the restaurant who seated us. The location had its ups and downs, as there were some issues with breakfast, but overall, I had a pleasant experience.

The hotel rooms were just adequate; reasonably decorated, though the bathroom paint was peeling in places. Despite the noise, it was convenient to have my children and grandson in the same room. The service was fantastic, with really polite, helpful, and friendly staff. The location was excellent for my visit to Maidstone town centre, but the hotel had a weird shelf setup and a nearby low-quality bar. The dining experience was very good, offering great choices and hospitable staff. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel rooms were spacious, with a large and comfy bed plus a sofa and big TV. Heating could be controlled individually, which was a nice touch. The service was pleasant and professional, with a refund issued promptly. The location, although interesting with events going on, was great for a relaxing stopover.

However, there was a power cut in the night that caused the fridge to die, resulting in us having to throw out all my partner's expressed milk. The location was well laid out with plenty of staff around but never ‘ in your face,' making it good for exploring the area. The dining experience was very enjoyable with great choices and hospitable staff. The facilities provided were commendable.

The hotel staff was lovely, and we enjoyed a weekend without the kids. However, the rooms were not as good as other Hilton hotels we've stayed in; the beds were as hard as the floor, and opening doors to the outside seemed risky. The location was good for sightseeing, but breakfast quality and hotel maintenance could be improved.
